• You will develop the key concepts of Theme 2 as well as exploring the different influences on business strategy and decision making

• You need to understand the different core concepts and develop a strategic view of business opportunities and issues

• You will develop understanding of the corporate objectives and strategies of a business, whilst looking at the financial and non-financial performance of the business

• You will develop understanding of how businesses can grow, internally and externally, whilst further deepening understanding of external influences.
